Senyal collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no server of ours in between.
| Data | Where it lives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| The playlists you add (M3U URLs, Xtream servers, files) | The app's local storage | To show you your channels |
| Your provider's username and password | The system Keychain, encrypted by iOS/macOS | To connect to your provider |
| Favourites, recent channels and playback position | Local database | To remember where you were |
| Programme guide and channel logos | Local cache | So the app stays fast without re-downloading |
| Recordings | The app's folder, reachable from the Files app | They are yours; move or delete them whenever you like |
Senyal connects only to the addresses you configure: your IPTV provider's server, and the guide and logo addresses contained in your own playlist. Senyal has no server of its own and sends information about what you watch nowhere.
When you connect to your provider, it is they who receive your request and who may log it under their own policy. That relationship is between you and your provider; we are not part of it.
Senyal is an empty player. It does not include, host, provide or sell any channel or audiovisual content. You supply the content with your own playlist, and you are responsible for holding the rights or authorisation to it.
Since we hold none, there is nothing to ask us for. Inside the app you can delete a playlist, clear the cache or remove recordings. Uninstalling Senyal removes everything from the device, including credentials stored in the Keychain.
Senyal is not directed at children under 13 and collects data from no one. The app includes parental controls with a PIN and Face ID to lock categories.
If this policy ever changes we will update this page and the date in the footer. If a change is substantial we will say so inside the app too.
